Every kid needs a few stand-out accessories to round out their back-to-school supplies. Optari has a line of customizable bags, backpacks, and other accessories for girls AND boys. My daughter, Alyssa, and our friend, Elijah, were excited to try out these neat products.
Optari Accessories – So Hot Celebs are Carrying Them!
These fun, colorful backpacks, wristlets, totes and bracelets make you smile when you look at them. They are waterproof, durable, and cleanable – unlike so many of the fabric bags on the market these days.
I’ve been told Optari accessories are such a hot item these days, that stars like Gage Golightly, Taylor Hender, Keevie Smith, and Ashley Argota have been spotted using them.
These colorful accessories just scream fun! And, the Fobbz -charms that attach to the bags – allow each child to personalize their Optari items. For instance, if they are like my daughter, the Peace Sign, Dance Symbol, and Owl are right up her alley. Our second grade friend, Elijah, who tried out the Optari backpack for us, loved the Skateboard, Pirate, and Karate Panda that came with the review backpack.
Optari Wristlet Review
My daughter was really happy when the wristlet arrived – these little purses are all the rage for tween girls right now. I, too, am impressed with this little bag. The material is thick and durable feeling. Alyssa isn’t always the most careful with her things, so the fact that this one should stand up to a beating, and protect the items in it is a great thing! It is also easy to clean – just wipe off the wristlet with a washcloth or disinfecting wipe, and it is as good as new.
The Fobbz charms attach easily but snugly, and look so cute on the wristlet. We both love the size of the wristlet too. It has plenty of space for her wallet, some gum, and a few hair bobs. Or, if she’s hanging out with a friend and wants to play her Nintendo DSi, it easily fits in the wristlet as well.
Because of its compact but roomy size, I think the Optari Wrislet would be great for holding all sorts of things: lip gloss, most cell phones (my smart phone fit in nicely), a MP3 player, a deck of cards, the list could go on and on. All your girl’s goodies will be kept safe in the wristlet thanks to the strong magnetic snap closure. Fantastic!
Optari Backpack Review
We decided to share our boy-themed Optari backpack with our friend Elijah. As soon as he saw it, Elijah said, “That’s cool looking!” His mom tells me he was excited to add the Fobbz charms, and use the backpack on his first day of school last week.
Elijah has had a difficult time on his long bus ride to and from school. We were thrilled to hear that he and his friends were having fun playing with the Fobbz all the way to and from school. Now his friends want their own Optari backpack so that they can collect Fobbz. Kids love collecting and trading items, so Fobbz are perfect for both boys and girls. No matter what your child’s interests are, there is a Fobbz for it. Elijah’s parents have even ordered additional Fobbz for him as a reward for good behavior. He added the Optari Mini Fobbz Dragon to his collection this morning. He can’t wait until his friends start their own Fobbz collections so they can trade with each other.
The Optari backpack is packed with great features too. Inside, it is made up of 2 large compartments. There is also a large pocket on the inside, smaller pockets for pens, and mesh side pockets that are great for water bottles and the like. Again, the backpack is durable, and able to be wiped off or even disinfected. With all the school and bus floors backpacks sit on, having one that can be easily cleaned is a dream come true!
