Misikko Hana Professional Flat Iron Review

I recently had the opportunity to review the Misikko Hana Professional Flat Iron 1″ – Pink Edition. I have naturally straight, frizzy hair that doesn’t lay well. I am amazed at how soft, full, and luxurious my hair is after using this professional flat iron. I want to know why nobody has ever told me about this amazing beauty tool. Hana ShineShield Advanced Heat Styling Therapy

First, I ran the Hana ShineShield Advanced Heat Styling Therapy through my slightly damp hair. It has a pleasant, clean smell and made my hair feel soft and clean. ShineShield is a thermal serum that protects and strengthens your hair from the heat of hair dryers and flat irons. We ALL need this! Hana ShineShield is a lightweight, leave-in conditioner. I have never been a fan of leave-in conditioners, until now. I’ve never found on that didn’t leave my hair feeling greasy. I am a fan of the ShineShield, it leaves my hair feeling soft, healthy, and looking shiny.

I’ve never tried a flat iron before because I never felt I had the need with naturally straight hair. Little did I know that there is a difference between ‘straight’ and ‘sleek’. The Hana Professional Flat Iron is what takes your hair to sleek.

I was a little nervous to try this product but excited. I reviewed the instructions for the flat iron and was surprised to see that you can add curls and other styles with the flat iron too. There were many hints and styling options well described. There are even videos on the Misikko website. For the review, I straightened my hair and added just a bit of a underneath curl.

I have long, thick hair that takes forever to dry. I would like to try on of Misikko’s professional hair dryers to see if they would dry my hair faster. I was pleased to read that the flat iron can be used on both dry and damp hair. I tried it with damp hair and it really worked, you can’t do this with a regular curling iron! The Hana Professional Flat Iron was so simple to use. I sectioned my hair into 1″ sections, gently slid the iron down my hair and turned it under slightly on the ends. The results were super smooth, sleek straight hair with body!

I never like my hair straight, it seems so unfinished. Until now, I enjoy wearing my hair straight because it looks smooth, full, shiny, and polished after using the Hana Professional Flat Iron. Take a look.

The best news for me is that this took me about 10 minutes with damp hair! My hair is so thick and if it is not completely dried, the curl never stays and may hair becomes frizzy. This style lasted all day. I have had fun trying new styles, including adding curls and have had excellent results.

With sensitive skin, I’m reluctant to try new facial products.  The April Bath & Shower Deep Cleaning Mask felt marvelous. It is enriched with tea tree and lavender extract.
