There are many benefits to joining or even starting your own Moms club. It is a great time to meet up with moms in the same stage of life as you to share hints, ideas, frustrations, or just to chat. It is also an excellent and fun way for your kids to develop socially as they play.

Start your own club!
Start your own Church or Neighborhood Club This is a great way to get to know people you come in contact with frequently but having been able to actually connect with. This can be as simple as gathering emails of your friends and neighbors and sending out an email with scheduled play dates. A great thing about having a neighborhood club is that you get to know your neighbors better, if you know your neighbor better, you’ll watch out for them too. Crime is less in neighborhoods where people watch out for each other. It’s also great because the kids get to know each other and form friendships even while school is out. Neighborhood Clubs can be for any age group. I recommend that the actual play dates be broken down by age so you don’t have a group of kids from the age of infant – 12!
