Check out our 2021 Fireworks Article!!
Many cities have canceled or scaled back on Fourth of July Fireworks in Akron, Ohio this year. I’m so disappointed that the City of Akron scaled back from their $100, 000 fireworks display to a $10,000 display this year. It is hard to imagine such a cost during this hard economic time. I think that even $10,000 seems like a lot of money. Anyway, don’t be sad if your city canceled their fireworks, there are many Fourth of July events in Akron, Ohio area and fireworks scheduled this year. Who knows, maybe we will find that we enjoy more intimate, family oriented Fourth of July fireworks displays and events. I spent a couple hours compiling the below list, searching for events that are still a go this year! Pick one or two and have fun with your family and be safe this Independence Day in Akron, Ohio!

The Cleveland area always has great stuff going on. Next month, there is a charity 3 on 3 basketball tournament. It is going to be at Turney Town Plaza in Garfield Hts at the beginning of August. It is being put on by Egoz and UZ Ballerware. It is going to be a great event. If you like basketball, you should email 3on3tournament@EgozOnline.com for more information.
If you and your friends like to play basketball, you must at least check this out. All greater Cleveland communities welcome. 3on3tournament@EgozOnline.com

Looking forward to Orrville’s tonight too. I just heard about that parade today too so I might try and convince my hubby to go tomorrow. 🙂 Happy 4th of July everyone!
