My kids are so excited to start our garden. They have been digging holes in the ground every chance they get even when it is only 40 degrees outside. They are so eager to get outside, I know we’ll never come back inside once the warm weather hits.

So, I couldn’t be more thrilled that my kids are so eager to start our garden. What mom wouldn’t be happy to have their kids excited about vegetables?  I just discovered, Growums, a company designed to inspire kids to garden. Growums is an excellent way to get your kids excited for Spring. You could also use Growums to celebrate Earth Day and to put in your kids Easter basket as an alternative to all the candy.

Growums kits are more than just a way to start a garden from seeds, they are kits designed to engage and encourage kids in gardening. Did you know that 98 percent of kids who grow their own vegetables, eat them? That is according to the American Gardening Association.

Getting kids excited about gardening is easy with Growums. Their tag line is “add a little character to your garden”. Growums take ordinary garden seeds and gives them personalities of their own. Your kids will enjoy the fun cartoon element of Growums with the actual kit and online.

Growums Stir Fry Garden Kit Review

My husband makes a great stir fry, we all love it when he cooks. We choose to review the Growums Stir Fry Garden Kit so we would have fresh bok choy, carrots, broccoli, and snap peas all summer long.  Broccoli is always a favorite vegetable to grow for my family, my kids eat the broccoli right off the plant. I am excited to see how the bok choy, carrots, and snap peas turn out since we’ve never planted them before.

A few days later, the vegetable seeds started sprouting. My kids are so excited! Next, we will thin the seedlings out so the vegetable plants will grow strong. I can’t wait until my kids get to plant their very own Brok Lee, Bok Choy, Carin the carrot, and Sugar Snap & Sweet Pea outside in our garden.
