Fall is in the air and so is Halloween! My kids are already excited about their Halloween costumes, trick or treating, and getting out our fall decor. Although we have all of our fall decor up in our house, I will wait another couple weeks before putting Halloween decorations up both inside and outside. However, I have an amazingly fun, larger than life Halloween decoration that I have to share with you.

We were able to review Hammacher Schlemmer’s Two Story Inflatable Black Cat this season. You should have seen my kids’ eyes and their squeals of excitement when we first inflated it to check it out. It is the most amazing thing ever! It caught the attention of everyone on Elijah’s school bus the other day too, they wanted to know when the party was!
The Hammacher Schlemmer Two Story Inflatable Black Cat is the Largest Halloween Decoration available, standing nearly 2 stories tall! This would be a super hit at any neighborhood trick or treating, school function, or Halloween party for sure! The included air pump airs up the cat in an easy 4 minutes, so it is not a bother to inflate at all.
My kids had to get into Halloween costumes when I inflated the big cat. Elijah can still wear his batman costume from last year and Elizabeth is in her new Jesse costume from Costumes4Less.com. More on that in another post!
Kids just can’t believe how tall it is! The cat’s underbelly is 9 1/3′ above the ground, so even adults can walk under it. Kids will have a blast walking through it during trick-or-treating, would be so cool to have placed right at the entrance to your house too for people looking for extreme and creative trick-or-treating displays.
We had a little playdate recently and got the cat out to see what the other kids thought. Even though Halloween was more than 2 months away at that point, they didn’t care. They thought it was amazing and had fun playing all around the big 2 story black cat!
