Copley Memorial Day Parade
The Copley Memorial Day parade is on Monday, May 29, 2017 at 10am. The parade starts at Copley-Fairlawn Middle School (1531 S. Cleveland-Massillon Rd), north to the circle, west on Coley Rd to Copley Veterans Cemetery (3788 Copley Rd). There will be a memorial service at the cemetery.
Memorial Day Parade, Ceremony, and Car Show in Green
The Memorial Day Parade in Green, Ohio starts at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 29, 2017 at the Green High School parking lot, located at 1474 Boettler Road Uniontown, OH. The Green Memorial Day Parade starts at Boettler Road to Massillon Road; Massillon Road to Steese Road; and the final leg is Steese Road back to the high school parking lot.
The Memorial Day Ceremony will take place at 12:00 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Park (1900 Steese Road). They honor fallen soldiers as well as veterans during the ceremony.
There is a FREE community picnic following at 12:30 and a car show from 12:30 – 3pm at the Senior Center located at the Veterans Memorial Park.
There is also a FREE pancake breakfast from 7-9am at Fire Station #1 at 4200 Massillon Road.
The Patriot Playground is a great playground for kids to play on afterwards at the park.
Hudson Memorial Day Parade
Make plans to attend the Hudson Memorial Day Parade on Memorial Day, May 29, 2017 at 10 am -1:30 pm. Parade starts on Milford Road (behind ACME Plaza) and proceeds down Rt. 303 to Rt. 91 to Markillie Cemetery. Please note that even though there is construction on North Main Street, the parade route remains the same. Please sit on the east side of North Main Street in this area.
There is a short ceremony at the cemetery. Sponsored & organized by the American Legion Family.
Bandstand Concert – Hudson Jazz Bands I & II concert is from 7-9pm on the Gazebo Green. For more information call the Bandstand Committee (330) 958-5800.
Kenmore Community Days Parade
The Kenmore Community Days Memorial Day Parade is on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 11am starting at Kenmore Blvd from 22nd Street – SW to Wilbeth Rd – 24th Street SW and Carey Ave. The Family Fest runs from 10am – 8pm at Shadyside Park. Festival continues Sunday, May 28th from 12pm – 8pm and Monday, May 29th from 12pm – 6pm. There will be no amusement park rides this year.

New Franklin Memorial Day Parade
Honor and remember our Veterans at the New Franklin Memorial Day Parade on Memorial Day, Monday, May 29, 2017 at 10 am. Parade steps off at 10 A.M. at the Grace Bible Church, 5781 Manchester Road, Akron, Ohio 44319. Parade line up starts at 9am. There will be a memorial service at Manchester Cemetery after the parade.

Cedar Point Free for Military and Discounts for Family
Military members receive free admission to Cedar Point on May 26, 27, 28, and 29, 2017. All active, retired, and honorably-discharged members with valid ID, including active duty ID, retired personnel ID, VA ID or a copy of DD-214 discharge papers and a photo ID.
