Thanksgiving can be simple, and it should be. Clouding a Holiday with things you don’t necessarily need can make you less thankful for the things and people you rely upon. This year, I did a test run with something uber simple – what do you think?

Using standard Kraft Paper that you can buy at walmart, and a little bit of time with a black marker, you can craft completley custom place settings for your family and guests.
Also, to clue them in that this mean will not be just about Turkey, a handy list area is ready for them to fill out!
I took down a ‘family’ wood carving decoration that I have in the other room, and built the center of the table around that, cute no? Sometimes you don’t need candles and flowers..
Next time I think I’ll move the names more away from the plates.
