I don’t know about you but I LOVE a good craft show! Wandering up and down the aisles looking at beautiful and unique handmade items from artisans while sipping a yummy warm beverage and listening to Holiday music is one of the highlights of the upcoming Holiday Season! I grew up going to craft shows with my mom and sisters and I am so excited to go to Crafty Mart this year at Musica in downtown Akron!
What is Crafty Mart?
Crafty Mart is a FREE event/gathering of uncommon crafters and artisans from the surrounding Akron area. Crafty Mart provides a comfortable and laid back setting for your shopping pleasure. Shopping at Crafty Mart provides a chance to find one of a kind Holiday treasures for the friends and family you love and you get to avoid the crazy mall fiasco and traffic in Fairlawn/Montrose!
What will be at Crafty Mart?
FREE admission and FREE parking first of all, which is awesome! Tasty food from Urban Eats and yummy warm and cold beverages will be available as well! Music will be filling the air of Musica while you shop provided by local DJ Moose Malloy. Items from local crafters and artisans will provide Holiday gifts that are unique and reasonably priced, there will also be a lot of vendors that work to create items that are upcycled and repurposed (think green!) and vendors that cater to not only adults but kids too!
A variety of crafters/artisans will be there selling, beautiful and unique jewelry, ceramic ware, knitting items (cowls, scarfs etc.) purses, bags, clothing, baby gear (bibs/burp cloths etc.), photography, paperware (handmade journals/stationery), and more! Musica is located at 51 East Market Street in downtown Akron.
FREE parking is available at the Akron Library parking deck on the SW corner of High and Market Streets.
