Are your kids getting the recommended daily exercise? The Centers for Disease Control states that 20% of kids 6-11 years old are obese! Daily recommended time for active play or exercise varies by age but most kids should have physical activity at a minimum of 60 minutes!
I’ve found that kids playing outside is the healthiest way to get their daily exercise and the most fun! This is easy when you have a great playset like we do from Backyard Discovery.
