Go Red for Women: Prioritizing Heart Health for Moms in Northeast Ohio

Let’s be honest—when was the last time you really thought about your own health?

If you’re a mom, chances are you’re busy taking care of everyone else—your kids, your spouse, even the family pet. But what about you?

Did you know that heart disease is the #1 killer of women, and more than 44% of women over 20 are living with some form of heart disease. That’s nearly 1/2 of us! The good news? There are simple ways to lower your risk, and the best place to start is by supporting each other.

That’s where Go Red for Women comes in.

What is Go Red for Women?

Go Red for Women is all about empowering women to take charge of their heart health. It’s a movement to help women learn, connect, and support each other in living longer, healthier lives.
