One of my favorite things about the holidays is that we always pick a few family outings to go on over vacation. Going to see Disney On Ice is hands down, one of my family’s favorite events! This year, Disney on Ice is bringing its show to Youngstown, Disney on Ice “Treasure Trove“ to Covelli Center in Youngstown, Ohio. We can’t wait to go! As with all Disney on Ice shows, it is sure to bring loads of laughter, smiles, and oohs and ahhs!
Youngstown Disney on Ice: Treasure Trove – Which Characters Will Be There?
It would probably be easier to tell you which Disney characters will NOT be a part of the Treasure Trove show!
Flynn and Rapunzel will be wowing the audience, as will a slew of other princesses including Tiana, Cinderella, Jasmine, Ariel, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Mulan, and Snow White. And don’t worry, there will be plenty of characters that appeal to the boys too!
Peter Pan, Captain Hook and his crew, Simba, Nala, Timon and Pumba from The Lion King, and the Mad Hatter and Alice will all be part of the amazing show. Check out this cool preview of some of the show.
The special effects at Disney on Ice shows are so fun – and Treasure Trove is no exception. Get ready to see Peter Pan and his friends fly, Jasmine and Aladdin take a magic carpet ride, and beautiful lanterns to soar up to the sky with Rapunzel, Flynn and all of us looking on!
What Makes Disney On Ice So Special?
What makes Disney on Ice so special? That’s an easy question to answer. For my family, it is an event that my 10 year old enjoys as much as my 5 year old. My older daughter loves to watch the skating tricks, and enjoys the fun staging. My little one thinks it is SO AMAZING to see so many princesses all in one place – and they’re all waving at her! 🙂
My husband and I love the high quality costuming, the talented skaters, the clever use of props, and of course, seeing our girls smile non-stop!
