I really like that they have incredible limited time exhibits that change every so often too.
RACE: Are We So Different? Exhibit at COSI
New this month through May 6, 2012 is the limited engagement exhibition, RACE: Are We So Different? This engaging exhibit brings together the everyday experience of living with race, the history of the idea of race, the role of science in that history, and the findings of contemporary science on the foundations of race. Through this interactive exhibit, you will explore yourself and how you see others.
[slickr-flickr tag=race]Recognize how we react to race in obvious and subtle ways. Watch videos to learn how race through personal stories that will challenge your perspective on race. Try to match voices you hear to pictures you see to see if they match your assumptions. This exhibit if full of interactive elements, historical artifacts, iconic objects, extraordinary photographs, multimedia presentations, and graphic displays that will give you a new perspective on Race.
