My kids are both Type 1 Diabetics, so we always have low-carb snacks on hand. To do this, we have to get creative sometimes. I’ve found delicious products that have become our go-to products over the past 18 months including Sparkling ICE drinks that are 0 carbs! They come in a large variety of flavors that both kids and adults enjoy.

Another new and fun drink that my kids enjoy are Aqua Balls. They are naturally fruit flavored, 0 carbs, and have fun characters like Disney FROZEN on them to entice children to drink healthy. Low Carb Super Bowl Snacks

Pick out the characters your kids like most and I promise they won’t miss the sugary drinks.

We buy pickles all the time! Before my kids were diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, we had a jar or two on hand. Now, we always have a variety of Vlasic pickles on hand!  Vlasic pickles are a healthy alternative to high calorie potato chips that will satisfy that salty craving. Pickles are high in probiotics and contain antioxidants, which help promote good health. Low Carb Super Bowl Snacks
