Ahoy Mates! The Tall Ships are coming to Cleveland for the Tall Ships Festival. During this 4 day event (July 7 – 11th), you can board many tall ships and experience maritime 1st hand.
There are 13 ships invited and at least 11 will be at the festival. The festival gates open from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, however you can only board the ships between 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. You can actually board the vessels, meet the crew and experience the heritage these ships symbolize. There will be many Exhibits, a Maritime Market Place, and Family Entertainment. You can discover more about sailing at the Festival Village. Learn about maritime activities at the Great Lakes United Green Village. You will also learn about how the Great Lakes are working to improve the environment.

I think the Youth Sail Training sounds like fun. I like that they start out at age 5.
The Rotary, founded in 1905, still has meetings in many states. Although I don’t live near Cleveland, I would love to send my sister, so please enter me in your contest.
