Princess Ballet Theme Birthday Party Review
We held a Princess Ballet Birthday Party for our 4 year old daughter’s birthday at Little Leapers in Hudson, Ohio. It was the most magical, entertaining birthday party for little girls. I think the moms had just as much fun watching their little princess participate in the fun activities! Not only does Little Leapers match the activities to the theme you select but they have music to match. There is something about hearing Disney and Ballet music that makes the experience even more magical while your daughter dances around in a tutu. (Elizabeth is wearing her favorite Fairy Wonderful Tutu.)
While we waited for kids to show up, Little Leapers led fun activities for the kids right from the beginning.
Once all the kids were there, we headed to the ballet room with a full floor to ceiling mirror, ballet bar, and dance floor. Moms were able to stand behind the 1/2 wall to watch all of the performance and their adorable ballerina.
First, they had floor stretching exercises, just like in a real ballet class.
Next came the ballet instruction. I was pretty impressed at how the instructor and assistant was able to lead a class of girls from ages 2 – 4 year old in a 1/2 hour long ballet instruction and keep all of their attention! I’m sure most had never been to a ballet class but it didn’t matter. They were so good with the girls, leading them not only in ballet instruction but in being a princess and having fun!
The girls acted like little princesses or ballerinas, my daughter was beaming the entire time. So was I. Check out mirror and you’ll see camera-holding proud mammas taking lots of photos. It’s just and adorable choice for a birthday party.
Next, they handed out crowns and princess wands to dance to Beauty and the Beast soundtrack. The girls loved thrilling and free-style ballet dancing to the music. I don’t think there is any better birthday party combination than Disney music, tutus, crowns, and princess wands for little girls!
Tumbling Obstacle Course Birthday Party Review
The second half of the party was getting free reign of the Little Leapers Gymnastics Studio. Well, almost free reign. The instructors led the kids through an obstacle course using their gymnastics equipment. The obstacle course included several large platforms where kids could run, bounce, and jump, a balance beam, slides, ball pit, and more.

BTW, there are not enough ball pits in the world. They are so fun for kids. I know that they are hard to maintain for cleanliness but super fun for kids. It was one of the favorite spots for kids at the party!

My son didn’t participate in the Ballet portion of his sister’s birthday party. However, when the Tumbling Obstacle Course part of the party came around, he was speeding through it, jumping high, bouncing around, and loving it! It is a high energy obstacle course, perfect for boys and girls of all ages!

I thought it was absolutely perfect how Little Leapers sets the birthday child in front of the other kids and had each child sit next to the birthday child to give them their gift. It’s wonderful individual attention for each guest and birthday child. Plus, it makes for a cute photo opportunity (with or without a tumbling child LOL)!

We had a Little Leapers party for my daughters 5th birthday. It was lots of fun, but they didn’t bring out the inflatable/tumbling portion of the party until the last 20 minutes. The first part of the party with the dancing around and playing games was fun – but the kids really had a BLAST doing the gymnastics/tumbling and I wish it would have been 20 min. of dance and 40 min. of tumbling. I even asked for longer tumbling when I signed up and again when I arrived, and again at the party after 30 minutes of dancing I asked for them to please start the tumbling “now”. It is a great time, but they don’t seem to listen to what parents want.
