A Non-Stick Skillet that Really Works on an Induction Cooktop

Kyocera Kyo Glaze Ceramic Non-Stick Skillet

I love everything about my Kenyon Custom induction cooktop. The one thing that I had to get use to when switching to an induction cooktop is that induction cooktops use magnetic field between pots and the cooking surface to heat contents in the pot. Not all cookware is compatible, they must contain ferromagnetic material like cast iron, enamel cast iron, and stainless steel cookware. I have tried to find a non-stick skillet that would work with induction cooktops for years – with no luck…until now.

P1300785I was so, so excited to review the Kyocera Kyo Glaze Ceramic Non-Stick Skillet and find that it does work with my Kenyon Custom induction cooktop!! Yippee for non-stick!!! Now I can cook omelets, pancakes, eggs, stir-fry, and more without anything sticking! This is super amazing because it works with induction. I’ve tried other non-stick pans that claim to work with induction but don’t.  Not only does the Kyocera non-stick skillet work with induction but all types of stove tops and even the oven (up to 400 degrees), making this one versatile skillet!

I use my skillet at least once daily, it’s seen lots of use and still looks new with the safe-scratch resistant PTFE-free, PFOA-free, and Cadmium-free coating.  Everything cooks so quickly and evenly with the Kyocera Kyo Glaze Ceramic Non-Stick Skillet too, making everything taste better.

I just can’t get over how well everything cooks and that nothing ever, ever sticks to the bottom. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to scrap and scrap the bottom of my skillets when I cook certain foods that basically require a non-stick skillet. There are just a few items that do better with non-stick – and there are certain people (ME) that do better with non-stick no matter what they cook.

Plus, I’m using a LOT less cooking oil with this Kyocera skillet than with my stainless cookware.

I’m springing for the 3 piece set next – as a “home improvement” and healthier living type of purchase.

If you have an induction cooktop or enjoy using non-stick cookware, this is a MUST-have for your kitchen too.  You can purchase the  at retailers nationwide and on Amazon.com.
