Last night, I made one of my family’s favorite and easiest side dishes, roasted red potatoes. This quick and easy side dish is always a hit.
I simply mix together Bertolli Olive Oil with a fresh cracked pepper, sea salt, and parsley for an irresistible and flavorful side dish any time of year.

Bring Tuscany to Your Table Tonight
My kids love putting cheese on top so I know they would enjoy this Roasted Baby Potatoes With Fresh Sausage, Herbs And Ricotta recipe I just found today on the Bertolli website. Bertolli Olive Oil is a staple in my house for numerous recipes.
To celebrate their 150th Anniversary, Bertolli is showcasing 150 ways to bring Tuscany to your table using essential Italian ingredients and more. Learn Italian essentials like how to select the best produce and herbs to how to prep it.
If you need a little inspiration for dinner, check out their Meal Inspiration page with authentic Tuscan recipes your family will love. A few that I’d like to try soon include “Angry” Balsamic Chicken Cacciatore, Bertolli Spaghetti & Meatballs, and Chicken Alfredo with Plum Tomatoes.
These recipes are making me hungry! And inspiring me!
I plan on making Chicken Alfredo with Plum Tomatoes tonight. My daughter loves Chicken Alfredo Vegetable Soup but it is too hot outside for soup! This recipe looks easy to prepare while utilizing the abundance of tomatoes and fresh basil in my garden!
**Updated: I made this dish and it was delicious!
If you are lucky enough, you might be able to score one of these vintage bottles of Bertolli Olive Oil in a store near you. It is gorgeous and would make a great gift for the cooks in your life.
