For my daughter’s 6th birthday, we had a princess theme birthday party. When I ordered her cake from Pure Delight Guilt-Free Cupcakery, I requested the Princess theme and told them her favorite flavor of chocolate and they did the rest. What an amazing cake they delivered!
It was beautiful and fit for a princess! It looked like a cake designed for royalty and my daughter felt like a princess! All of the moms asked where I found such a beautiful cake to which I eagerly told them, Pure Delight Cupcakery in Fairlawn, Ohio! I loved the colors and all the attention to detail this cake presented.
Although beautiful on the outside, it was even more amazing on the inside! The top layer was chocolate cake with a cookies and cream filling. The center layer was chocolate with S’more filing – it had real chocolate syrup and marshmallow cream in the center! The bottom layer was yellow cake with cookie dough filling. The flavor combinations were amazing – and put smiles on the faces of kids and adults alike!
Each piece of cake was moist and delicious as you can see in the below photos.

When I told them that it was guilt-free cake with 1/2 the calories and fat, most of them accepted. Those that did were amazed that a cake could be so decadent and flavorful with less than 1/2 the calories of traditional cakes. Thankfully I had a few business cards to hand out because all of the moms loved the cake! Of course the kids did too, but kids love all kinds of cake, right? 🙂
