My husband and I went to Red Lobster for lunch on Valentine’s Day. My husband enjoyed Lobsterfest Wood-Grilled Lobster & Tacos. The entire meal was amazing, right down to the wild rice pilaf. The lobster was amazing – I sampled some of it myself! The tacos were stuffed full of large grilled shrimp and lobster. The delicious toppings of cilantro slaw, fresh pico de gallo, peppers, tomatoes, onions, shredded lettuce, and spicy ranch sauce. He noted that he could taste all the individual flavors that were all complementary to one other. It wasn’t just a mess of toppings – they were all fresh and well thought out . The tacos were flavorful and satisfying – something he will order again during Lobsterfest.
