My kids love pasta, it is one of the easiest ways to get kids to eat their vegetables too. The Sneaky Chef Pasta Sauces uses this knowledge and packs in even more vegetables into their sauce! The Sneaky Chef Pasta Sauces include tomatoes of course, plus 8 hidden veggies: cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, yellow squash, celery, and onion.
It is a delicious, smooth sauce that my family enjoyed for dinner last night. They had no idea there were 8 hidden veggies. Normally, I try cutting up extra onions and peppers for spaghetti sauce but they always find it. The Hidden Chef really knows how to hide it!
Better-for-you Snacks
Kids love to snack – mine are the snacking King and Queen! They want a snack all the time, especially when we travel, they think they deserve a snack every time. Their teachers think so too, I have to pack two snacks a day per child. It is hard to find snacks that kids want to eat that are also good for them. I just found Snikiddy snacks.
