Calling all Chocolate Lovers! Hershey’s has a brand new line of chocolates with 30% Less Fat called Hershey’s Simple Pleasures! I had the chance taste test this new line of chocolates available at Giant Eagle.
There are 3 varieties to choose from:
- Dark Chocolate with Chocolate Creme,
- Milk Chocolate with Chocolate Cream
- Milk Chocolate with Vanilla Creme
Each Hershey’s Simple Pleasures chocolate is 30% less fat than the leading milk chocolate. Finally, there is a chocolate that allows us to have the pleasures of chocolate as a balanced choice. Hershey’s makes it easy for Weight Watchers Points Program users too with the point values here.
Hershey’s Simple Pleasures Review
As a chocolate lover and with the reputation of Hershey’s, I was quite sure I would like their new line of chocolates. The only thing I was slightly concerned about was how would a chocolate with 30% less fat taste? I set out all 3 varieties at a recent party and all were consumed with delight. Nobody knew they are 30% less fat! They just enjoyed the Hershey’s chocolates! My kids like it too, they don’t know that they are less fat either. 🙂
The Hershey’s Simple Pleasures chocolates melt in your mouth with a smooth chocolate outside and a rich and creamy filling inside. They are addicting! There is a flavor for everyone. Below is a picture of the Dark Chocolate with Chocolate Creme, my daughter’s – the dark chocolate lover – favorite. I prefer the Milk Chocolate with Chocolate Creme center the best.
Hershey’s Simple Pleasures Chocolates Milk Chocolate with Vanilla Creme is good too. The creme in this is much thinner than the chocolate creme.
Each Hershey’s Simple Pleasures Chocolate is small enough to put the entire chocolate into your mouth. Expect a full explosion of chocolate bliss!
