What Will You Order from the New Menu at Bravo and Brio?
You know it is a good thing when you can’t decide what to order off the menu because everything looks good! That is the case with the new menus for Bravo (Fairlawn, Ohio) and Brio (Legacy Village)! Both menus have new dishes that look amazing and they have brought back customer favorites as well.
Both locations offer this amazing Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer. My whole family loves it, even my daughter and I that don’t normally like spicy sauces. It is pan seared cauliflower with Gorgonzola, creamy horseradish, green onion, and buffalo sauce. Delish! You won’t find this at other Bravo locations, so be sure to visit the Fairlawn location!
If you are hungry enough, order this appetizer too – you won’t regret it! The Artichoke + Spinach Dip with Parmesan pizza flatbread was a big hit with my family.

Do you want freshly shredded cheese on top? YES, please! Our server was amazing – so friendly, attentive, and fun. We’ve always had really good food and service at Bravo, they make you feel right at home. The food is always fresh, made-to-order and authentic in Italian flavors. We always look forward to our visits at both Bravo and Brio.
By the way, Brio and Bravo are very family friendly with atmosphere and dishes. My kids (ages 11 & 13) love it there. It is a nicer restaurant that you can feel comfortable bringing the whole family along. Of course my kids are older now and can easily understand proper restaurant etiquette. I think it is important to give kids the opportunity to kids expand their palette early in life. Trying new dishes like finer Italian food helps establish a lifelong habit of open-mindedness when it comes to food.
My son ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo which is a campanelle pasta with a spicy tomato cream sauce and shrimp. You can also order this dish with chicken. This dish has just returned to the Bravo menu at Summit Mall. The creamy sauce has a little bit but not overpowered with spiciness. The shrimp is tender and delicious – yes, I taste-tested his dish! 🙂
I don’t order lobster often but was excited to try Bravo’s Lobster Ravioli Alla Vodka. It is the perfect combination of lobster and Italian pasta with sauteed shrimp too! You can’t go wrong with the combination. Add the twist of a creamy vodka sauce and you have a mouthwatering dish that leaves no wonder why it is a customer favorite!
My daughter loves chicken alfredo and spinach. It was no surprise that she ordered another customer favorite menu item that was just added back to the Bravo menu – Pasta Woozie. it is a hearty portion of fettuccine with an alfredo sauce, grilled chicken and plenty of spinach.
This delicious combination is always a hit for my daughter and great way for kids (and adults) to eat their veggies! That is one happy girl! 
My husband ordered the Sausage Tortelloni (pictured at top of post). It was a flavorful tortelloni pasta dish with combination of Pancetta, pomodoro, chile flake, mozzarella, and basil.
A couple other new menu items at Bravo include Grilled Chicken Marsala with gold mashed potatoes and asparagus and Spicy Bay Scallop Marinara with capellini pasta, spinach, caramelized onions, artichokes, and pesto bread crumbs.
