Popcorn Fish Sliders Ingredients:
- SeaPak Popcorn Fish or Shrimp (50 popcorn fish comes in each 21 oz bag, each slider requires 1-2oz)
- Slider burger roll (1 per slider, each bag of fish requires 10-20 rolls)
- Lettuce
- Tomato, sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. pickle relish
- Sprinkle of salt and pepper
Popcorn Fish Sliders Directions:
- Cook fish according to package: Bake 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes
- Prepare tarter sauce by combining 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 Tbsp. pickle relish, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper
- Place 1-2 oz of popcorn fish on each slider bun
- Top with tarter sauce
- Top with lettuce
- Top with sliced tomato
- Top with slider bun
