My family enjoys soup, but I am limited on the kinds that I know how to prepare. We were thrilled to review Bertolli Meal Soups and all the varieties they have to offer!
Over the weekend, we had a soup dinner night with both the Bertolli Ricotta and Lobster Ravioli in a Seafood Bisque and the Roasted Chicken Roisotto. It was a quick, yet tasty hot meal to prepare. I served the soups with hot bread sticks and a fresh garden salad. We each had a little of both soups and had leftovers to spare!
My favorite was the Bertolli Ricotta and Lobster Ravioli in a Seafood Bisque as I love seafood! I just added milk to the soup, cooked on the stove and had hot, delicious soup to serve my family in minutes. The flavor was rich and creamy with large lobster ravioli and seafood throughout. I will be serving this soup again soon!

The white chicken meat was moist and the Parmesan cheese sauce was creamy and flavorful. My kids ate the asparagus but picked out the mushrooms, but you can’t win them all! It was a delicious restaurant quality soup for sure!

It was the perfect lunch on this cool Fall day for the two of us and very filling. It taste great too, very fresh tasting.
