Chocolate Covered Pretzel Premium Ice Cream Review
The thing that I really like about good ice cream is that you can serve it as a dessert or bring it as a dessert any time of year and people love it. It is the easiest dessert to prepare and yet everyone enjoys it. Tonight, we went to my in-laws house for a delicious Summer BBQ. I brought an appetizer and dessert for ice cream.
It was the first time any of us had ever tried the Ruggles Chocolate Covered Pretzel Premium Ice Cream. I don’t think many of us knew what to expect because we were all surprised with the crunch of the chocolate covered pretzels! How in the world they get the pretzels to stay fresh and crunchy is beyond me but it was a very pleasant surprise.
The Ruggles Chocolate Covered Pretzel Premium Ice Cream is a base of creamy vanilla ice cream with chocolate covered pretzel pieces stirred in. There is also a chocolate fudge swirl throughout. The combination of chocolate on the pretzels and chocolate fudge swirl makes this one chocolate lover’s dream! That being said, for those that don’t like too much chocolate, the vanilla ice cream really balances out the flavor so it is not an overpowering combination.
Not that you need to but my family enjoys adding toppings of hot fudge and whipped cream to anything with a vanilla base. It was just perfect! My mother-in-law added caramel topping to hers and said it was fantastic together. All 6 of us agree that Ruggles Chocolate Covered Pretzel Premium Ice Cream is a keeper!
Frozen Treats for Health Conscious
My mom and dad have completely done a 180 on their health after my dad had a heart attack while I was away at a KFC Blogger event in March. Since then, they are exercising daily and watching what they eat. My dad has lost over 50 lbs and my mom has lost over 40 lbs. With dedication and success, they are watching everything they consume. The good news is that there are frozen treat for health conscious individuals like my parents. I happily introduced to them the delicious Ruggles Frozen Greek Yogurt varieties.
