Since everything by Hampton Creek is egg free and dairy free it meant that when “baby wanted” cookie dough, I knew I could safely eat it raw! I also gave each of my boys a few small spoonfuls and they were in love. (I NEVER give them raw cookie dough.) This was an extra special treat.
Baking Cookies with Just Cookie Dough
I love that I can scoop out just enough dough for a few cookies! This way I am not over indulging. To bake them just scoop the dough with a spoon and put it on a cookie sheet, bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Hampton Creek’s Just Cookie Dough was just as tasty baked! I love making mini cookies, that way I can give the boys and I more than one and not feel bad. Because I know these cookies are smarter.. and healthier!
