Whole Foods 365 Everyday Value Vegetables and Fruits Review
One thing that I didn’t really think about until now is the convenience that frozen vegetables and fruits give. I have never really found a brand of frozen vegetables or fruit that I enjoy as much as fresh. Until now.
Whole Foods got it right with flash freezing their organic frozen foods. I like that with their 365 Everyday Value Vegetables and Fruits, it saves me time in the kitchen. Everything is cleaned and ready to go!

Whole Foods 365 Everyday Value Organic Mediterranean Blend
When I cook, I like to use a variety of vegetables in dishes. The Whole Foods 365 Everyday Value Organic Mediterranean Blend looked delicious with zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, green beans, red peppers, and onions. I could use this blend as a side dish or add it to a pasta sauce or casserole easily.
I decided to prepare the Organic Mediterranean Blend with chicken and serve it over rice. See below as I added the Organic Mediterranean Blend to my cooked chicken.

I cooked it another 7-10 minutes for an easy and delicious main course. Even my kids thought it was a good recipe. I liked that it was just a simple combination of a few foods but resulted in a medley of flavors and colors and tasted great.

Elijah, my 6 year old asked, “Did they put sugar on these vegetables? They taste so good!” Can you believe it? My 4 year old told me that she liked my food. I always love hearing my kids tell me that they like what I cooked for dinner, especially when it is something as healthy as this dish!
Whole Foods 365 Everyday Value Organic Southwestern Blend
My husband and I have always enjoyed southwestern foods. Of course, we had to try the Whole Foods 365 Everyday Value Organic Southwestern Blend. It is made up of onions, red peppers, and green peppers. Just add this blend to any dish to give it full flavor. I know that I will especially buy this a lot this winter when the price of peppers is out of this world! It is super convenient to have the Southwestern Blend on hand for salads, soups, tacos, fajitas, and any dish that needs livened up.
Whole Foods 365 Everyday Value Frozen Fruit
We use frozen fruit year-round. It is convenient, never spoils, and is cleaned and ready to eat. We reviewed 3 Whole Foods 365 Everyday Value Frozen Fruits, Wild Blueberries, Strawberries, and Berry Blend. We thoroughly enjoyed them all. With frozen fruit, you can add them to breakfast cereal, pies, smoothies, drinks, sundaes, and more.
I like to make lemonade either fresh or with a mix and add fresh fruit. My kids love it too. We added the Frozen Berry Blend of strawberries, blueberries and blackberries to a Strawberry Lemonade.

This is a perfect treat anytime of year and with Whole Foods 365 Berry Blend, you can enjoy the fresh fruit drinks any time of year. My kids love it when we have this drink, it is a treat. They have fun trying to get to the berries!
