A Review

Although my husband has to go see a podiatrist soon, these cushioning pads were a great relief for tired feet.  They don’t correct any flat feet problems, brace your ankle, or provide support, but they FEEL OUTSTANDING, and, they STAY in your shoes.

We’ve tried a # of products- the ones from Dr. Schol’s and every other brand that you can buy at WalMart.  Most do not stick to the bottom of your shoes, they tear, or they get sticky with lint.  There’s nothing grosser than seeing your foot come out of your shoe stuck to a sticky blue gel insert that’s covered with shoe lint…  Not so with Happy Feet- these stay in your shoe, and stay under your foot. They are not sticky.  I know this is a dumb thing to talk about for a massaging gel insert, but its true!

Anyway, these massaging gel inserts DO have a liquid like substance inside different compartments.  The compartments/sections really separate where your feet fall and keep that massaging gel/liquid where its supposed to be.  You can see in the pictures in this post that there is a line of gel along the ball of your foot.  It doesn’t ooze away when you step- but is always close by- being pushed up and down in these tightly packed compartments provides a great deal of massaging.

These Happy Feet Insoles come in a number of sizes.  What we bought fit perfectly, and didn’t move around inside the shoe when walking. You can trim them to fit you perfectly.

These Happy Feet Insoles are really built to last and have a tough overcoating that’s resistant to damage.  Perfect for long days on your feet.

Ankle or foot excessively flexes inward or arch flattens too much, creating an unstable position that places added stress on the medial (inside) portion of the foot during the gait cycle. The body over-compensates, knees and lower back absorb the shock, causing pain in lower back and knees.

    Causes of Bunions:
    Improper Shoe Fit
The most common cause is due to wearing tight, pointed shoes that constrict toes and push the bone outward.

I learnt that the physics that make Happy Feet® Insoles so effective is based on a lasting principle that Archimedes discovered

“Fluid moves in response to pressure, to the area of least resistance and greatest need.”

This is why Happy Feet® Insoles cushions and massages ones feet with each and every step.
