I recently had the opportunity to review the Misikko Hana Professional Flat Iron 1″ – Pink Edition. I have naturally straight, frizzy hair that doesn’t lay well. I am amazed at how soft, full, and luxurious my hair is after using this professional flat iron. I want to know why nobody has ever told me about this amazing beauty tool. My jaw dropped when I opened the package to the Hana Professional Flat Iron. I was so amazed and impressed at the classy presentation. The package was so professionally put together with elegant touches of pink ribbons, a pink rose at the top of the box, and white miniature roses tucked in the corner. I felt like I was holding something to be treasured. What a presentation! Wouldn’t you love to receive or give this as a gift?

picture of Hana Shine ShieldFirst, I ran the Hana ShineShield Advanced Heat Styling Therapy through my slightly damp hair. It has a pleasant, clean smell and made my hair feel soft and clean. ShineShield is a thermal serum that protects and strengthens your hair from the heat of hair dryers and flat irons. We ALL need this! Hana ShineShield is a lightweight, leave-in conditioner. I have never been a fan of leave-in conditioners, until now. I’ve never found on that didn’t leave my hair feeling greasy. I am a fan of the ShineShield, it leaves my hair feeling soft, healthy, and looking shiny.

picture of Hana Professional Flat IronI’ve never tried a flat iron before because I never felt I had the need with naturally straight hair. Little did I know that there is a difference between ‘straight’ and ‘sleek’. The Hana Professional Flat Iron is what takes your hair to sleek.

I was a little nervous to try this product but excited. I reviewed the instructions for the flat iron and was surprised to see that you can add curls and other styles with the flat iron too. There were many hints and styling options well described. There are even videos on the Misikko website. For the review, I straightened my hair and added just a bit of a underneath curl.

I have long, thick hair that takes forever to dry. I would like to try on of Misikko’s professional hair dryers to see if they would dry my hair faster. I was pleased to read that the flat iron can be used on both dry and damp hair. I tried it with damp hair and it really worked, you can’t do this with a regular curling iron! The Hana Professional Flat Iron was so simple to use. I sectioned my hair into 1″ sections, gently slid the iron down my hair and turned it under slightly on the ends. The results were super smooth, sleek straight hair with body!

I never like my hair straight, it seems so unfinished. Until now, I enjoy wearing my hair straight because it looks smooth, full, shiny, and polished after using the Hana Professional Flat Iron. Take a look.

My hair is so thick and if it is not completely dried, the curl never stays and may hair becomes frizzy. This style lasted all day. I have had fun trying new styles, including adding curls and have had excellent results.

    After visitng the Misikko site I still think the flat iron and the advanced heat therapy are what interest me the most. With very thick kinky curly hair, straightening my hair is a chore and it rarely looks as beautiful as they promise in the pictures. I think the heat therapy and this flat iron may do wonders for that problem 🙂

    I’ve been on the Misikko website many times in the pass few days. I’ve looked at the Chi iron and the Sedu’
    Revolution,and more. Right now I have a travel size Chi knock off,and a broken Sedu’ from years ago. I like the way the Sedu’ works when it works. It leaves your hair so silky soft. I’m sure the Sedu Revolution and for that matter the Karmin would be great for my thick Africian Americian relaxed hair. Hopefully Sedu’ has resolved the wiring problem that my original Sedu’ flat had. Yeah Revolution!,either way I’d like to win a flat iron.

    Love the technology behind the T3 Evolution. Plus, it is one of the lightest weight flat irons out there. That makes a difference when you have lots of hair to get straight, so your arms don’t get fatigued. (BTW, LOVE how your hair came out!)
