Winter weather is upon us and so are the illnesses. Our household has been quite healthy this Fall season until last night. I heard the dreaded phrase, “Mom, my throat hurts when I swallow” from my daughter. Of course her older brother had a fantastic 11 year old’s answer, “then don’t swallow.”
