I have always had sore feet. It doesn’t matter what shoe I wear, my feet just hurt. I’ve never known why and have tried various brands of shoes. I’ve tried other inserts but nothing has really helped, maybe they added more cushion to my shoes, but that is about it. Recently, I was at Walmart and noticed the impressive Dr Scholl’s Custom Fit Orthotic Center Kiosk. When I had the opportunity to try the Dr. Scholl’s Custom Fit Orthotics, I jumped on it!
Dr. Scholl’s Custom Fit Orthotics Kiosk
The Dr. Scholl’s Custom Fit Orthotics Kiosk is rather impressive in size and technology. Locally, you can find them at Walmart and CVS. Find your nearest location nationwide here.

The Kiosk will analyze your feet with 2,000 pressure sensors. It is easy to use, just step on and follow the simple instructions on the screen.

Don’t worry, it only takes 1-2 minutes, so you can even do it with your kids in the shopping cart next to you. 🙂 So, the kiosk recommended that I use the CF130 orthotic inserts. It went on to explain why these were the best inserts for me with descriptions and a visual of my feet’s pressure points.

I never knew that I had high arches, that explains a lot about why shoes don’t properly support my feet which leads to foot pain. The CF130 will support my high arches while cushioning the heel and ball of my foot.
Dr. Scholl’s Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts Review
I couldn’t wait to try the new Dr. Scholl’s Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts CF130. What I noticed immediately was the size of the orthotic inserts, all the ones that I have seen have been much smaller. The Dr. Scholl’s Orthotic Inserts are about 3/4th the size of your shoe, making it very stable in your shoe without slipping in your shoe.

There are 4 layers with the Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts. The top layer provides added comfort, next layer provides custom cushioning for your foot pressure, and the bottom layer provides support for your arch type.
I used my go-to Nike sneakers as my testing shoe for the inserts. I wear these shoes all the time for running errands, trips to the playground, and walks at the park. They fit easily into my shoes.

I am a sensitive person. I worried that since it was only 3/4th of my shoe that I would notice the difference where the inserts stopped. I’m just sensitive that way. I didn’t notice that at all. What I did notice was instant comfort and support. The package promises “Immediate & All-Day Comfort” and boy where they right!
I have been wearing my Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts for about 2 weeks now. I feel like I have better balance with the inserts and can stand on my feet for much longer without the pain that I have been so use to. I like them so much that I hate to take them off when I come home. We don’t wear shoes in the house, after being on my feet all day without my orthotic inserts, I can really tell the difference. Once I put on my sneakers with the Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts, I feel the support and comfort all day. I plan to buy a pair of “house shoes” now so that I can enjoy the support and comfort in my home without tracking in dirt from outside.
