For example, if you met your exercise goals for the day, your update page might congratulate you for a job well done. Or, if you haven’t yet met your goal of 10,000 steps per day, it might say, “Take a brisk 1.5 mile walk, and you’ll meet your activity goal. You can do it!” It’s like having a personal trainer at your fingertips! I have found myself listening to the custom suggestions, and have increased my activity when needed, and reduced my consumption when recommended as well. The extra encouragement is helpful and gives me an extra vote of confidence to keep on track!
Wireless Functionality and Smartphone Access
