Daily Custom Feedback
When you log on to see your activity an consumption for the day, the Link Armband provides you with feedback based on your accomplishments. For example, if you met your exercise goals for the day, your update page might congratulate you for a job well done. Or, if you haven’t yet met your goal of 10,000 steps per day, it might say, “Take a brisk 1.5 mile walk, and you’ll meet your activity goal. You can do it!” It’s like having a personal trainer at your fingertips! I have found myself listening to the custom suggestions, and have increased my activity when needed, and reduced my consumption when recommended as well. The extra encouragement is helpful and gives me an extra vote of confidence to keep on track!
Wireless Functionality and Smartphone Access
With the BodyMedia Fit Link armband, you don’t have to find your USB cord to connect to the computer and update your daily progress data. The Link is Bluetooth enabled, so all updates can be done wirelessly! And, the Link also allows you to monitor your progress on your smartphone.
A busy day away from the house no longer means an inability to stay on track through out the day…Fantastic! I have loved this feature. If I’m away from home, and needing to eat out, I know exactly where I stand for the day, and can make healthy choices armed with accurate data about my daily activity and consumption.
