Video Game Simulators are quite popular- whether it be for truck driving, amusement park building, or whole city sims, much of our world is covered.
I came across something new however this morning. It’s a simulator for African Farming. The trials and tribulations of African Farms are vastly different from what big commercial farms deal with in our heartland, or what the Amish in Millersburg, OH manage through.
Fight through disease, water management, irrigation, desert encroachment, pests, manual labor, varied soil types and much much more.

Farm Defenders
This game is intended for people who may actually go out into the field and help those that are working with these manual techniques. These techniques that are offered in the game are real techniques that African Farms very much use today. There are many videos on the game website that showcase these real world efforts.
