I Saw You Checking Me Out

Reviewing the 2013 Ford Escape

I was driving in town the other day and had a car pulled up in the turning lane next to me at the red light. They stopped right beside me even though I was 4th in line and there was nobody in their lane. I looked over and  thought, “I saw you checking me out”. Was it you? I blushed at first and then realized that you were also driving a Ford Escape, although an older model and you were checking out the stylish new 2013 Ford Escape.

We have had the chance to review the new 2013 Ford Escape for a week. It isn’t my imagination, people have eyeballed this car as I’ve driven it around town.  My 82 year old neighbor was even checking it out and said it was a very nice looking car! It is an eye catcher for sure. The 2013 Ford Escape has a brand new design that is stylish and edgy.  They have added lots of lines and etching on the exterior or the car that is made to look like it is in motion, even while parked.

Things like the trapezoidal shaped grille adds a sporty flair to the car. The beautiful 19″ luster nickle painted wheels and bright dual chrome exhaust tips give it an exciting,  glamorous look and feel. The wheel choices also include a 17″, 18″, or 19″ steel with silver cover, painted sparkle with silver or polished alloy. You can even add onto your 2013 Ford Escape chrome wheel locks for exposed lugs as an additional exterior accessory to further customize the look.

The new design is made not only for visual appeal but for less fuel conception and less noise as it is less boxy and more streamlined than previous Ford Escape models. With gas prices as high as they are, having a car designed to be more aerodynamic is a smart solution for better gas millage.

Check out this picture of the 2013 Escape SEL in ruby red metallic. It also has the Class II Trailer Tow Prep package for the adventurous family.

The 2013 Ford Escape drives like a dream. It provides a very smooth ride, that of a much more expensive car.  I found that driving this vehicle was quiet as well. Without all the traffic and wind noise, I can focus on driving more carefully. The turning radius is amazing too, which makes both navigating and parking a breeze.  I felt secure in the 2013 Ford Escape with great handle-ability at the wheel.

I’ll be discussing in more details the features that I like on the 2013 Ford Escape in my next post. But let’s face it, if we don’t like what we see, we are usually not interested. The Ford Escape 2013 has a lot of visual appearance to take in – and hopefully this post proves that the new 2013 Ford Escape look is gawk worthy!  I would definitely consider purchasing the 2013 Ford Escape for my next car purchase.
