I can’t tell you how many times stains on clothes have slipped by me, into the wash, and then dried in the dryer. I get so sick of clothes being ruined by stains. I don’t know how many times I’ve said that laundry detergent needs to have a stain remover in the detergent to make life easier for moms. Well, Purex must have heard me. They have a new product called Purex Complete with Zout Triple Enzyme Stain Remover. It comes in Fresh Morning Burst and Free & Clear. As a Purex Insider, I had the opportunity to try out Purex Complete Free & Clear first, to let you know if it works!

Purex Complete with Zout Triple Enzyme Stain Remover Free & Clear Review

As happy as I am that Spring is here, I’m not happy that every time my kids come inside, they have mud on them from head to toe. My laundry has doubled over the last couple weeks as we toss the clothes in the laundry every time they come inside from playing. I don’t always remember to pre-treat the clothes, who has time?!

I am happy to say that since using Purex Complete with Zout Triple Enzyme Stain Remover Free & Clear for the past several weeks, I have not had any new mud or grass stains on my kids clothes. And it’s not because the mud wasn’t there! Believe me!

I have used scented detergents in the past, some give me or my kids allergic reactions. I prefer to stick with Free & Clear because it is a safer alternative to me. If you like scented detergent, check out the Fresh Morning Burst. If you are sensitive like me, you’ve gotta check out the Free & Clear.

How does Purex Complete with Zout Triple Enzyme Stain Remover work?

So, what  makes Purex Complete with Zout Triple Enzyme Stain Remover different from other products on the market?  It combines the detergent with the stain remover – exactly what I’ve been asking for! So, how does it fight stains? Zout contains 3 powerful stain-fighting enzymes to fight different types of stains. The Protease fights protein based stains like grass and blood. The Amylase fights starchy stains like chocolate and tomato sauce. The Mannanase fights against guar stains found in ice cream , BBQ sauce, and salad dressing.

So, that is how Purex Complete with Zout Triple Enzyme Stain Remover works, but how do you use it? You can use it one of two ways. For normal washes, just use it like a regular detergent. For really tough stains, pour some right on the stain, rub, sit for 5 minutes and wash. I really like having just 1 bottle that does 2 things in my laundry room. I don’t need more stuff to buy, store, or run out of.

Another advantage of Purex Complete with Zout Triple Enzyme Stain Remover is that it works in all washing machines, including he machines.
