As a mom with young kids and a dog, it is nearly impossible to keep carpets stain free. I try to catch accidents when they happen and scrub until the stain is out. We are remodeling our home, the carpet in the living room desperately needs replaced. There are stains that I’ve tried to get out with our carpet cleaner with no luck. So, testing out this product was easy for me. I didn’t mind going all out and testing it by pouring grape juice right on the carpet! (Talk about dedication!)
Yep, I actually spilled grape juice on my carpet, on purpose. I put it right next to a stain that has been there since we moved in. Who knows what it is but the carpet cleaner has never seemed to pull it up.
Since BISSELL Stomp ‘N Go Stain Lifting Pads are suppose to be good for new and old stains, I put it to the test.
To be honest, even though I thought the product would handle the juice, I didn’t think it would do a thing for my who-knows-what stain. Nothing else has. The stain lifting pad is to be used for 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
Look what it did to both stains in just 30 minutes!
The grape juice is completely gone! You can see it on the pad. You can also see nasty brown color all around the grape juice that the stain lifting pads pulled from my carpet. (The carpet is nasty and on our home remodeling list!)
Stomp ‘N Go is already hard at work on the old, old who-knows-what stain too. It is significantly less noticeable after just 30 minutes. I will keep it on for a full 24 hours and post a picture tomorrow. I’m really excited to see the results and happy with the results already.
