Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you enjoy this day with family and friends. We all know that we overeat on Thanksgiving but do you know just how much? Try 4,500 calories! That is the average Thanksgiving meal! So, how do you work all those extra calories off? How about 15 hours of skiing? Maybe you’d rather run for 7.7 hours? Or maybe 10.6 hours of swimming?
