Although I was less than trilled that my 6 year old boy was holding a snake the other morning, Elijah was happy! My husband and Elijah found the snake in the back yard. Knowing it was just an Ohio Garter Snake, my husband allowed my son to hold it. He thought it was a good idea to bring it to the house to show mom. I about freaked out and demanded he drop it. But, of course, I had to take a picture first. ;)
