½Kontos Tzatziki sauce

Kontos Greek Lifestyle Flatbread
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½Baby Arugula

ripe Tomatoes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook bacon and drain fat.
Brush flatbread with olive oil on both sides then heat in oven until warmed, but still soft.
Cut flatbread in 1/2
SpreadTzatziki sauce, arugula, tomato, and bacon to flatbread
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and cover with other 1/2 of flatbread.
