Greek BLT
    Instructions
    1. Cook bacon and drain fat.
    2. Brush flatbread with olive oil on both sides then heat in oven until warmed, but still soft.
    3. Cut flatbread in 1/2
    4. SpreadTzatziki sauce, arugula, tomato, and bacon to flatbread
    5. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and cover with other 1/2 of flatbread.
