What’s for dinner? It is the question we all ponder daily. We are all looking for delicious and nutritious meals that are also quick and easy!
My family enjoys a variety cuisine. We just tried a new recipe last night for Carnitas-Style Grilled Beef Tacos. I found the recipe on the Beef It’s What’s for Dinner website. Let me tell you – it is a keeper!
My family likes beef – a lot. We nicknamed my son “The Meat Eater” when he was young because he loved it from the beginning – the nickname has faded but our love for delicious beef meals hasn’t!
Plus, beef makes it easy to serve a vast variety nutritious meals that are also quick and easy to prepare.
I participated in an Influencer Activation Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for the Beef Checkoff. I received products to facilitate this review and a promotional item to thank me for participating.
Carnitas-Style Grilled Beef Tacos Recipe
The Carnitas-Style Grilled Beef Tacos Recipe that I found on the BeefItsWhatsForDinner.com website is so easy to make and your family will love it! There are only a few fresh ingredients needed to make this flavorful meal.
The recipe calls for a lean cut of beef, flat iron steaks. The result is delicious, juicy steak that makes any dinner taste amazing. It is so easy to prepare, marinade for 15 min – 2 hours, then cook in a closed grill for about 15-20 minutes. It’s that easy!
We enjoyed our dinner of Carnitas-Style Grilled Beef Tacos, corn-on-the-cob, and baked beans on the back porch last night. It was the perfect ending to a busy first week back to school.
If you know me, you know the importance I put on family meal time together. It is one of my favorite parts of the day, enjoying good food and hearing about everyone’s day. It’s the best “family time” activity.
I hope your family will enjoy this recipe as well!
