Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, water, salt, and all the yeast and sugar. (Dough will be sticky!)
Spray plastic wrap with cooking spray and cover dough. Place in warm room for 1 hour, or until dough doubles in size.
Prepare bread loaf pans with cooking spray and 1/4 cup cornmeal in each pan. Tilt pans to get cornmeal on all sides. Remove excess cornmeal.
Divide dough into 2 sections. Place into each bread pan.
Spray plastic wrap for both pans with cooking spray and cover pans. Place in warm room until dough reaches the tops of the pans, about 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter.
Bake for 30 minutes. Brush generously with 1/2 melted butter.
Bake an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately place on wire cooling racks. Brush all surfaces with remaining melted butter – you may need more.
