frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
I use 1 box but you can use less if you don’t like spinach

Italian-style diced tomatoes

I use one 8 oz jar, you can use more or less
crushed red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions
Cut and saute chicken until cooked through.
Add spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms, heat through.
