Gluten-Free Fruit Pizza Recipe
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
    2. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with no-stick cooking spray.
    3. Mix cookie mix, oil, water and egg together in medium bowl until evenly moistened, I used my Kitchen-Aid mixer on low speed.
    4. Press evenly onto prepared pan, just to the edge, to create a crust.
    5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Mine was done in 10 minutes with convection oven.
    6. Cool completely on wire rack.
    7. BEAT cream cheese and fruit spread in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
    8. Spread evenly on cooled sugar cookie crust.
    9. Arrange fruit on top of pizza just before serving.
    10. Serve immediately.
    11. Cover leftovers with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
