Honey Mustard Pretzel Dipping Sauce Recipe

vegetable oil

egg yolk
1
lemon
zest and juice to taste salt
1/2
cup
Dijon Mustard
1/2
cup
honey
2
tsp
Colman’s Mustard
Instructions
Whisk the egg yolk and 1 tbsp Dijon mustard.
Slowing whisk in oil.
When mixture starts to thicken, add some lemon juice or water to loosen it and avoid splitting. Whisk in remaining Dijon mustard, honey and Colman’s mustard powder.
Adjust seasoning, if necessary.
Serve chilled.
