Cheesy Spinach Rigatoni Bake Recipe

Spicy Italian Style RAGU Pasta Sauce

pkg pasta 16

½cottage cheese
equals 1 cup
cup
¼sour cream
1
egg
cup
½butter
1 stick
1
package frozen spinach
cooked and patted dry
1/2
c
mozzarella cheese
1/2
c
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, and 1/2 of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses
Place sliced butter on bottom of 9×13 pan
Add 1/2 of cooked pasta
Spread cheese mixture over pasta
Spread cooked spinach evenly over cheese mixture
Place the rest of pasta on top
Pour 1 jar of Spicy Italian Style RAGU Pasta Sauce on top
Cook for 30 minutes
Add the rest of the cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes, until cheese melts
