Japanese Stir Fry Soup Recipe
This savory soup combines the vegetables of a stir fry with a delicious homemade broth.

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl combine Mizkan Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce, Mizkan Sweet Mirin, and Mizkan Organic or Natural Rice Vinegar.
  2. Heat large sauté pan. Add oil, onions, and mushrooms sauté for 1 minute over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic, chicken, and ginger powder. Cook for 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add red peppers, carrots, and spinach. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add cooked rice noodles and the Mizkan soy sauce blend. Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  6. Add broth and bring to simmer.
  7. Garnish with green onions.
