Lamb Barbacoa Nachos Recipe
    1. Add lamb, water, garlic, chipotle chili, salt and pepper to crock pot.
    2. Cook on low for 6 hours.
    3. Cut corn tortillas into quarters.
    4. Heat oil in shallow skillet over medium heat and fry tortillas until crisp (about 2 minutes). Turn half way through. Place on paper towels to drain.
    5. Shred lamb with forks.
    6. Layer lamb and toppings on tortilla chips.
