Lemon Ginger Yogurt Chicken Salad Recipe
    1. Poach chicken in ban of simmering water for 15-20 minutes, cool and dice.
    2. Place poached, diced chicken in bowl.
    3. Stir in Snowville Creamery Lemon Ginger Yogurt until chicken is coated evenly.
    4. Add celery, apple, grapes, and almonds, mix.
    5. Enjoy immediately, refrigerate leftovers.
