My Teenager Son’s Steak Tacos with Guacamole Recipe
  1. Sprinkle a generous amount of sea salt over steak, refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.
  2. Rinse steak and let come to room temperature for 1-2 hours.
  3. Combine avocados, tomatoes, corn, black beans, and cilantro. Refrigerate.
  4. Cook steak on the grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until desired doneness. We recommend medium rare. Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice into thin strips. Rare 135°F Medium Rare 140°F Medium 155°F Well Done 170°F
  5. Warm tortillas, if desired.
  6. Serve with 2-3 strips of steak per tortilla and top with homemade guacamole.
