Sprinkle a generous amount of sea salt over steak, refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.
Rinse steak and let come to room temperature for 1-2 hours.
Combine avocados, tomatoes, corn, black beans, and cilantro. Refrigerate.
Cook steak on the grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until desired doneness. We recommend medium rare. Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice into thin strips.

Well Done 170°F
Warm tortillas, if desired.
Serve with 2-3 strips of steak per tortilla and top with homemade guacamole.
